As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia, I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to support clients in navigating life’s challenges, improving emotional well-being, and fostering personal growth. With a client-centered and culturally responsive approach, I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management.
Supervision
I provide:

Individual, dyad & group supervision for mental health professionals seeking LPC Licensure.

Licensure Graduate students working on their degree in Mental Health Counseling Newly licensed LPCs who desire more supervision in their areas of expertise.

LPCs that are on Orders from the Board of Counseling to engage in Supervision.

Drop-in sessions are available (please call at least a week prior to determine availability). Exam Preparation course is offered during your last 3 months of supervision at no additional

Rates:Individual Supervision: 1 hour / $100.00 per hour; Group Supervision: 1 hour/$50.00 per hour; Agency Supervision is also available (Rates vary upon the number of residents).
EXAM PREPARTION
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I know firsthand the stress and anxiety that one experiences in preparing for the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam (NCMHCE). I am elated to share the tips and techniques I implemented to pass the exam the FIRST TIME. Based on my success, I have been selected as an alternate to participate in the NMHCE's field test of the 2022 version of the exam.
If you enroll in my exam prep course, I will personalize a study plan that will be tailored explicitly just for you to ensure your success. My exam preparation course, includes several tips on how to pass the exam, a comprehensive overview and practice tests on all content areas and a mock exam.

Rate:
Exam prep fee is $250 for three months.
**For individuals who may desire to have weekly sessions. These sessions will be $65.00 per additional session.
